The Executive Committee is the decision-making body of the Network. It is comprised of 7 members, namely:

The Executive Committee can request the resignation or terminate the participation of a member it deems has not acted in the interests of the Network.
Meetings
The Executive Committee holds three regular meetings per year. Regular meetings must be convened at least two months in advance. A consultation of the members is made by the Administrative Director of the Network to determine the date and place of the meeting. In an emergency, the Director of Network may convene an extraordinary meeting at any time. Members of the Executive Committee may be represented at committee meetings and vote by proxy through their representatives.
The Director of the Network chairs the meetings of the Executive Committee. In the justified absence of the Director due to illness or traveling abroad, the Deputy Director chairs the meeting. The Administrative Director of the Network provides the secretarial work at meetings of the Executive Committee.
Activity Report
The Executive Committee provides a Network activity report to the FRQS and to the General Assembly at least once a year.
Transitional provisions
Any vacancy within the Executive Committee (resignation ,....) must be filled for the remainder of the year pending the endorsed appointment of a new committee member by the General Assembly. The absence without justifiable cause (illness, travel, unforeseen emergency) of a member at two consecutive meetings duly convened, justifies his/her replacement by the Executive Committee by a member until a new appointment is endorsed by the General Assembly.
